Thank you for your interest in joining the My Thrifty Baba family and for your dedication to caring for our environment. We appreciate your initiative in choosing to repurpose and recycle clothing items. Here are some important guidelines to help you get started:

Getting Started

1. Complete the Form: Fill out the form below with accurate details about your items. (Click here for form)

2. Review Process: Our team will thoroughly review your submission. If your items meet our criteria, we will contact you.

How It Works

1. Form Submission: Fill out the form.

2. Stock Take: We will assess our current stock levels and be in touch with you.

3. Locker Booking: Once we are ready, we will book your PUDO locker. If you don't hear from us, we might be fully stocked for that age group—feel free to follow up.

4. Waybill Information: We will confirm your locker details and send you the waybill information.

5. Packing and Drop-off: Pack your items in a box with the waybill details and your name on it. Drop it off at the locker within 36 hours of booking (the expiry time and date will be on the waybill).

6. Assessment and Offer: We will assess your items to ensure they meet our criteria and make you an offer on the box as a whole. Please note that offers on low-end brands like PEP, Jet, Pick n Pay, Ackermans, and Mr. Price will be lower to keep us competitive.

For Clothing Brand Owners

If you have excess stock to clear, end-of-range items, or are in the process of closing down, we would be delighted to assist in selling your merchandise. Please contact us for further details.

Items We Accept

- Boys and Girls Clothes: Newborn to 9 years old

- Shoes: Newborn to 9 years old

- Accessories: Sleepsacks, beanies, bibs, socks, hats, gloves, headbands, blankets, and reusable / cloth nappies

- Maternity Clothes: In excellent condition

Quality Criteria

- High-quality, gently worn children's clothing suitable for newborns up to 9 years old.

- No items with broken zips, stains, pilling, or holes will be accepted.

- All items must be washed before shipping.

- A minimum of 20 items is required per shipment.

Note

Any items that don't meet our criteria will be donated. Alternatively, you can arrange for shipment back to you.
